Rreuse and Ecap will be the European partners of the initiative.
Rreuse ( www.rreuse.org ) represents social enterprises active in re-use, repair and recycling and deals with awareness-raising activities on the EU and related national governments to move from the promotion of recycling and waste management to putting second-hand first.
ECAP – European Clothing Action Plan ( www.ecap.eu.com ) is an EU funded LIFE project that aims to to reduce clothing waste across Europe and to integrate a circular economy approach.
